In planning the forward Business Connect program, Business Connect are undertaking stakeholder engagement to gain insights, ideas and improvements to further enhance the program.
The Service NSW Business Bureau delivers personalised business support and guidance for small businesses across the state.
Within the Service NSW Business Bureau is Business Connect, a program that provides free independent business advice, workshop events and online resources to help businesses grow, become more resilient, and ultimately succeed.
Business Connect understands that small business owners require a range of skills to succeed and acknowledges the struggle of balancing long hours working in the business with the need to focus on the business.
A ‘Have your say’ survey is now open and closes 28 October 2024.
The survey has been designed to hear from
- existing customers
- other small business owners
- Business Connect advisors,
- and external organisations that provide support to small business owners, such as local councils, industry and peak bodies.
We would appreciate your support in completing the survey and also sharing the survey with any businesses and local stakeholders and encourage them to provide their insights, thoughts and experiences on the value of advisory services, workshop events and online resources for small business owners.
The survey is anonymous and takes around 6-8 minutes to complete.
