Hospitality Concierge

The Hospitality Concierge is a new ‘one stop shop’ for hospitality businesses to find out more about the new liquor licence reforms and to help your business benefit from new initiatives that reduce red tape and support the 24-hour economy.

The Hospitality Concierge is one of the many ways the NSW Government is supporting the hospitality sector in bouncing back from COVID-19 and encouraging more diverse entertainment options.

What can the Hospitality Concierge help with?

The Hospitality Concierge provides personalised guidance on a range of government support, including:

  • Helping access government incentives and initiatives i.e., outdoor dining and live music incentives.
  • Outreach to industry and councils to understand current barriers to uptake and provide information on licensing/application pathways.
  • Linking with government partners and local councils to support smooth and coordinated approvals.
  • Working with the 24-hour Economy Commissioner to deliver more impactful outcomes for businesses.
  • Sharing information about special entertainment precincts and their potential to boost trade, support live performance and increase footfall in the precinct.
