Planning an event in 2025
If you’re planning on holding your event at one of our amazing Council owned or managed parks, reserves or facilities please remember to plan ahead – the team require a minimum of three months to process your Event Application, the process is available here. If you need help promoting your event, make sure you check out our Shoalhaven Events Marketing and Promotions Guide. The cut off date to be included in our Autumn Event Promotions Carousel on social media is the first week of February, so please contact the events team via events@shoalhaven.nsw.gov.au if you want to be involved.

Regional Event Accelerator Program
Destination Sydney South and Surrounds have launched their Regional Event Accelerator Program with EOIs closing on Monday 20 January 2025. If you are a local event organiser who would like access to resources, strategic event guidance, industry insights and networking, we encourage you to apply for the program.
