1. Creating Mentally Healthy Workplaces Workplaces & Understanding Your Psychosocial Obligations
   In this session, we break down the terminology and take a practical lens to understanding your obligations and what you can do within your business today to better manage risk and invest in the wellbeing of your organisation.You need to be aware of this regulation if you have functions or responsibilities that involve managing, so far as is reasonably practicable, exposure to psychosocial hazards and risks to psychological and physical health and safety at work.

   Following this session, you’ll understand why it’s important for your business and you’ll be armed with resources to make meaningful progress.

2. Understanding your premium to minimise costs
   During this session we will clarify the main scheme participants, including the roles of icare, SafeWork, SIRA and other stakeholders. We will explain the premium cycle and provide a detailed breakdown on how the premium formula works, including proactive ways to minimise your premium.At the completion of this interactive session employers will understand more about:

• • icare and other scheme participants
  • the premium cycle, including the wage declaration process
  • how your premium calculation works and ways to minimise
  • claims impacts and excesses
  • supporting tools and reports

Employers will be provided with take away tips, tools & useful links.
