Albatross Aviation Technology Park (AATP) is a growing hub of aircraft maintenance and advanced manufacturing-related enterprises, with close linkages to the South Nowra industrial estate, the Princes Highway, and Jervis Bay.
There are now 15 proposed lots in the Albatross Aviation Technology Park (AATP) land release. Positioned at the heart of Australia’s growing aerospace and defence sectors, AATP presents a unique opportunity for businesses to establish themselves in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are now open for the lots, with all submissions to be received via email to Integrity Real Estate.
Due to the specialised nature of AATP, only EOIs from businesses/organisations in the list below will be considered :
- aviation
- advanced manufacturing
- defence industry, and
- related education/training sectors
EOIs that propose to provide other supporting services to AATP will also be considered for example:
- childcare
- cafes
