FREE: Dairy Skills Course For Future Dairy Workers
Dairy Australia in collaboration with the Australian Training Company and local dairy farmers are running a pre-employment program in the Shoalhaven. This highly success program combines accredited training with on farm dairy experience.
Location: Shoalhaven
Date: 10th to 20th February 2025
Dairy Australia are seeking individuals interested in working in the dairy industry. Participants must be available to attend all 9 days of the program. Places are limited and successful students will be selected based on an interview prior to the program and their suitability for work in the dairy industry. A driver’s licence is preferred, as public transport is not available to farms.
The program is funded under Ag Skilled, eligibility criteria:
- Be at least 15 years old
- Have left school
- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder, or New Zealand citizen
- Live or work in New South Wales
