Homes NSW is proposing to rezone 2.75 hectares of land within the Mandalay Precinct in Nowra to deliver new social, affordable and private housing.
The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) has placed the proposal on public exhibition.
You are invited to provide feedback by lodging a formal submission through the Planning Portal by 5pm, Wednesday 17 December 2025.
