Shoalhaven Leadership Excellence Program

Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace

The Shoalhaven Business Chamber and Shoalhaven City Council’s Business Partnership Program is proud to present the Shoalhaven Leadership Excellence Program: Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace an innovative leadership development initiative designed to help local business owners, managers and emerging leaders build safer, stronger and more productive workplaces.

This practical program combines behavioural leadership development with operational HR strategies, giving participants the confidence, knowledge and tools to lead high-performing teams while meeting their workplace obligations.

This interactive program provides a personalised learning experience, allowing participants to apply new skills directly within their own workplace and return to share their outcomes with peers.

Places Are Limited – To ensure a personalised and highly interactive learning experience, participation is limited to 12 business leaders. We recommend getting in early – find out more and register your interest HERE
