Visitor Centre Update – August 2025

We’ve seen a steady influx of travellers, especially from interstate. Our shelves are looking fresh with brand-new merchandise, including a delightful range of local produce and the ever-popular soft toys from Wild Republic (seriously, who can resist those cuddly creatures?). Online orders have been flying out the door too—books, maps, stickers, magnets, honey, and jams are topping the charts!

Wow, it’s been buzzing at the Visitor Centres lately!

Meanwhile, the team is deep in planning mode for the 2026 Travel Guide directory and on the lookout for new brochures to showcase. If you’ve got a DL-sized flyer, we’d love to see it—drop it off or send it to the Nowra Centre.

We’re also halfway through our famil schedule for the year, with our latest adventure taking us through the southern Shoalhaven. The team explored paddock to plate venues, walking tracks, and accommodation providers, all with a keen eye on accessibility. It’s been a whirlwind, but we’re loving every minute of it!
