The Visitor Information Services team has been busy getting ready for the upcoming Easter period and we wanted to share a few quick updates.
Our staff have recently completed Inclusive Customer Service training, which reinforces our commitment to creating welcoming and accessible experiences for all visitors. As part of this, we encourage operators to make sure an accessibility statement is easy to find on their website. This helps visitors understand what facilities, services or support are available and can make a big difference when people are planning their trip.
With Easter approaching, we also ask operators to please check and update your ATDW listings, ensuring your content, opening hours and seasonal information are current and accurate. This helps us provide the best possible information to visitors during this busy time.
Our next brochure delivery is scheduled for late March, just ahead of the busy Easter period. If you’d like your business included in the brochure drop list, please fill in the brochure delivery request form on the website or contact the Visitor Centre directly via email.
We’re also taking requests for upcoming familiarisation tours. If you have any new offerings, updates or changes you’d like us to know about, please complete the familiarisation tour request form or get in touch with the Visitor Centre team.
As always, if you have any questions or need support, feel free to contact the Visitor Centre, we’re happy to help.
